Team leads are responsible for supervising and guiding the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. As a keyholder, you’ll also oversee store operations during designated shifts.

Stepping into the role of Team Lead/Keyholder at Suzy Shier | Le Château was a transformative experience that allowed me to take on new responsibilities and showcase my leadership abilities. From overseeing daily operations to mentoring team members, I embraced the challenge of creating a positive and efficient work environment. There were also more technical skills that I had to learn like putting our merchandise, keeping track of sales, and operating store closes and openings.  Through leading by example and empowering my colleagues, I discovered the power of collaboration and mentorship in achieving shared goals.
